Dip Protect has assumed the obligation to protect its customers' and users' privacy. For that purpose, we have compiled the present Privacy Policy principles regarding the collection, use, publication, transmission, and storage of customer data. Personal data is the data Dip Protect collects for the purpose of identifying and communicating with the customer. Personal data collection may occur with the client's consent in the following ways:

  • By providing the contact information (including your name, personal ID number, address, phone number, email address, preferred method of communication) on our website or elsewhere (for instance, in Dip Protect physical stores and locations);
  • By using cookies or information specified in the user's account when using the web page;
  • When making a purchase in the online store (personal data necessary to fulfill the order may include name, address, zip code, phone number and other data. In some cases the online store can offer to voluntarily provide additional personal data and personal information);

We also collect data that is not linked to a particular person (the data on users' age, sex, location and preferred language setting). Changing the personal information
Clients can view, edit and add their personal information under "My Account" section. Should you wish to change the e-mail address used for logging in to the site, please let us know, since the clients cannot change the e-mail address by themselves. The same email cannot be used to create two accounts and therefore if the client wishes to make account modifications, he/she should get in touch with us.

Dip Protect uses all sorts of precautionary measures (including administrative, technical and physical) to protect the customers' personal data. Only the authorized personnel has access to data processing and editing.
